POKE CONCEPT

Poke idea is usually a culinary principle that revolves all-around making vibrant, nutritious bowls full of a variety of elements, very similar to sushi but in a more accessible and customizable format. Originating from Hawaiian Delicacies, poke (pronounced "poh-kay") traditionally attributes diced raw fish served more than rice and accompanied by
